The chocolate teapot is a lovely little cafe with the most delicious crayfish sandwiches on granary bread..defo a must try....if you don't like that there's other yummy things on the menu....very reasonably priced....pot of tea in China cups I love....nutmeg and cinnamon cake was lovely. Its dog friendly too like all of this lovely town. Views from across the road and up the steps.

Beautiful little cafe with delightful service. We had crab salad, langostine and avocado salad and a glass of verdiccio All were excellent, would not hesitate to recommend
A lovely place to eat with very friendly staff. We sat outside and had the mussels to start, followed by the Aldeburgh dressed crab salad for main course and a scone to finish. All delicious and highly recommended.
Preordered an afternoon tea for 2, absolutely fabulous savouries and cakes, I couldn't pick a favourite they were all so tasty! Friendly and attentive staff even with it being very busy. We sat in their lovely courtyard garden. Will definitely be back
Tried the Chocolate Teapot today and we are so glad we did. We have wanted to try this for ages and it was worth the wait. Fresh food was so good and locally sourced were possible too which we loved!
Visiting scenic Aldeburgh, thought we'd try the local deli. Quite a few items unavailable. However, homemade salmon quiche with salad & potato salad - no coleslaw - did NOT disappoint. Teeny tiny little venue but would recommend.
Adorable little shop with a range of baked goods and drinks. I had a thick hot chocolate with oat milk and a plain crossing they heated with Nutella. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
